CLADIA PANELS
Thanks to the use of the 5-axis numerical control work center, Cladia panels can be cut, drilled and milled post production, creating pleasant architectural effects that further widen the finishing possibilities of the coverings.
Cladia with Ductal inside panels can also have the external finish made with innovative technology thanks to which it is possible to reproduce any type of digital image on the external surface: a way to further personalize the facades of buildings.
The panel is a mix of resistant materials such as concrete, cement, water, glass fibers and natural pigments that give it its coloring. These panels for external or internal facades allow you to change the aesthetic appearance of a building, whether new or old, without any structural intervention, quickly, inexpensively and resistant over time.
TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN MADE IN ITALY
Cladia with Ductal inside panels represent the best that technology can offer and are a made in Italy solution created by the collaboration between Zanette, Italian manufacturer of prefabricated concrete panels, and LafargeHolcim, world leader in building materials.
Cladia panels are produced at the Zanette Italian factories, in Fontanafredda (PN), with sophisticated batching plants and cutting-edge machinery, constantly monitored in the production process both by the internal laboratory and by the main European certification institutes (CSTB and Istituto Giordano).
DUCTAL, YOUR PERSONAL COVERING IDEA
Cladia panels are made with Ductal, a special patented material whose unique technical characteristics allow you to let free rein to the creative potential of architects and designers. Ductal is a highly technological construction material (very high performance concrete-UHPC), which guarantees:
- compressive strength;
- ductility;
- longevity;
- eco-efficiency;
- isolation;
- aesthetics.
Thanks to this material with elements of natural origin, Cladia allows you to coat in a sustainable way and at the same time to customize surfaces with shapes, colors, graphics or photographs. The Cladia with Ductal inside panels can in fact make the facades of buildings unique even with innovative technology, capable of reproducing any type of digital image on the surface of the coating. An high impact solution for high performance and high personality structures.
PERFORMANCES
Comparison Cladia with Ductal inside with aluminum and HPL panels
Emission control – Greenhouse effect: Cladia with Ductal inside panels are the best solution on the market among coating systems, for an environmentally friendly construction, both during production and in the event of replacement and disposal.
Water consumption: The water consumption for the production of Cladia with Ductal inside panels is limited to the hydration of the concrete and not to working cycles, therefore it is 3 times lower than that of aluminum and 6 times lower than HPL.
Waste and production waste: The production of Cladia with Ductal inside panels generates waste materials that are considered completely inert. The value of their pollution is thus comparable to the lightest aluminum, while HPL appears to be the most polluting both in the production and in the disposal phase.
